Tow.market may use automated systems (including AI) to help route requests, estimate ETAs, and match requests with appropriate operators and equipment. We also use these tools to reduce failed dispatch and improve service reliability. Human review may occur where needed for safety, compliance, or dispute resolution.

3) How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate the Services, including:

• With tow operators and fleets: pickup/drop-off, contact info, and job details needed to fulfill service.
• With payment processors: to process transactions (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
• With mapping providers: to enable geocoding, routing, and live tracking features.
• With insurance partners (when authorized): to validate coverage, provide documentation, and coordinate claims-related towing.
